Offering affordable accommodation

We are a friendly and approachable letting agents offering affordable accommodation throughout West Dunbartonshire.

We have a thorough application process and have a form to complete and the following documents to hand in –

  • Photographic ID (passport, drivers license)
  • Three months of recent wage slips
  • A reference from a current/previous landlord (if applicable)
  • 3 months full bank statements from each applicant
  • A holding deposit of £200.00 payable upon handing in completed application form (amount deducted from first months rent and deposit)

The phrase “under tenant application” refers to applicants who have paid their £200.00 holding deposit.

If you have a non-emergency problem in your property you can report this following the button below.

We aim to deal with your issue as quickly as possible and will coordinate tradesmen with yourself or provide keys for access with your consent. If your issue is an emergency, please contact our emergency contact number provided to you in your information pack upon move in.

Moving on

If the time has come for you to move out, please provide us with 28 days notice to leave. We will then send you through details of a move out inspection and our cleaning checklist which is also linked below should you wish to get a head start. Following the checklist should help ensure a speedy return of your deposit.
